A Re-Look at Our Blow-Horn Culture

When I left Phuentsholing a year ago for good I knew I was leaving behind that noisy apartment, but when I reached here, it was honks, honks, honks, everywhere. Staying right above the national highway (that never sleeps) only worsens the situation. It is more than a complete repeat of my Phuentsholing days. Maybe even more!
